Pricing questions
What is a concurrent session?
One remote connection open at a time. With one concurrent session, one technician can be connected to one computer at any moment. Premium and Corporate can add more, and each extra session is priced per month.
What counts as a managed device?
A computer with the agent installed and enrolled to your workspace for unattended access. Removing a device frees its slot straight away.
Is Free really free for personal use?
Yes. Free has no card and no time limit for reaching your own computers for non-commercial use. It includes 3 devices and one session at a time. Using Free for work or for other people's computers needs a paid plan.
How does the trial work?
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial. A card is required, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. During the trial you can enroll up to 10 devices; the full limit applies after the first payment.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace moves to Free limits.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days of a first payment or renewal if the service did not work for you. See the refund policy for details.
Who handles payment and tax?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle calculates and collects sales tax or VAT where it applies and issues the invoices.
