Team members and roles

Premium includes up to 15 users and Corporate up to 30. Remote Access, Business and Free are for one user.

Roles

Role	Can do
Owner	Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace
Admin	Add and remove devices, invite people, view the audit log
Technician	Connect to devices and run quick support
Viewer	See devices and their status

Everyone must turn on two-factor sign-in before connecting.

Concurrent sessions

Each plan includes a number of sessions that can be open at the same time across the whole team. Premium and Corporate can buy extra sessions on the Billing page.
